Shipping & Delivery
All winter equipment rentals will be available for pick-up only from our Windham location. Online purchase of winter equipment is not available at this time.
Returns
Items may be returned for exchange or store credit if all of the following conditions are met:
- It is within 14 days of original purchase;
- The item is accompanied by a store receipt;
- The item is in new and unused condition as determined by Windham Mountain Outfitters staff; and
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
